Our ready-made products are shipped within 1-2 business days, while our customized products may take up to seven business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare you order.
Shipping Times
We ship from Wisconsin. We currently ship to anywhere in the United States and Canada.
- Orders shipping within the United States usually arrive within 3-5 business days once shipped.
- Orders shipping internationally usually arrive within 7-10 business days once shipped.
Shipping Cost
- Free shipping on all orders shipped to an address in the United States.
- Orders shipping to any other location are based on rates calculated at checkout using the total weight of products in your order.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 3 hours after receiving your order confirmation. Please contact us at saild3llc@gmail.com so we can make these changes immediately.
Tracking
We provide real time tracking information on all orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated arrival date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at saild3llc@gmail.com. We will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for refunds and exchanges.
